At Westward Golf, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because our items are custom printed after your order is placed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind.
Please review product descriptions, size charts, colors, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MISPRINTED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can help make it right.

Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement, reprint, or refund depending on the situation.
WRONG SIZE OR COLOR
Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or style was ordered. Please check the size chart before purchasing.
ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Orders are sent to production quickly. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at Westwardgolfstore@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered production.
LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at Westwardgolfstore@gmail.com with your order number. We will review the tracking information and help determine the next step.
RETURN SHIPPING
Do not send products back unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, delivery location, and available shipping method.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Some items may ship separately if they are produced by different print providers or fulfillment locations. If your order arrives in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
