At Westward Golf, our products are made to order. This means each item is printed and prepared after your order is placed.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Most orders are processed and sent to production shortly after purchase. Production times may vary depending on the item, order volume, print provider, and season.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, and carrier. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Please allow extra time during holidays, sales, high-volume periods, or carrier delays.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, delivery location, and available shipping method.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Some items may ship separately if they are produced by different print providers or fulfillment locations. If your order arrives in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
